The basic techniques - old as they are - are not terribly difficult to learn. What’s difficult, is a good understanding of human nature. This was essential for me to develop, if I wanted to create a deceptive art that wasn’t all about me and my tricky fingers. It had to be about you!

Matty MagicianAt 16 the thought of deceiving the human mind was quite intoxicating.
 
So I set out to practice the basic skills of magic including sleight of hand, misdirection, and showmanship. However, after 4 years I secretly grew tired of it all.
 
My frustration with magic forced me to look behind the ‘tricks of the trade’, where I found a very strange and useful skill; understanding and influencing human behavior.
 
It was at this time I decided to combine all 3 of my deceptive curiosities. Sleight-of-Hand, modern mind reading, and con artistry.
 
The result is a thought provoking experience which hopefully gets under your skin and burns into your memory.
